This really doesn't fit into any other forum, because it's not genre-specific. However, for the moment we'll stick to fiction, in whatever format you favor (movies, comics, television and books).
Inspired by re-watching Space: Above and Beyond's best episode, The Angriest Angel.
------------------------
Colonel McQueen
------------------------
I don't give a damn for destiny. Anyone worth a Chig's ass will take responsibility for asking themselves 'Who am I?' and 'What's the point?'
My name is Colonel Tyrus Cassius McQueen, but I know nothing of who I am.
The answer, I feel, is near. The defining, perhaps final moment, is close.
Everyone, everyone in this life knows when the moment is before them. To turn away is simple, to ignore it assures survival. But it is an insult to life, because there can be no redemption, no second chance. Beyond death, there's nothing. Just darkness, and cold.
The instant his existance was confirmed, every action, every breath of my life became horrifyingly clear. He's out there tonight, sending our women, our men to that cold, dark place. And nothing, nothing will stop him, until I face the moment.
-------------------------------
Commodore Ross- "I'll be a son of a bitch if I go to your funeral, Ty."
McQueen- ""Yes you will, sir. But we'll talk about your mother when I get back."
-------------------------------
Chaplain- "Colonel... Colonel McQueen! Perhaps you should make peace with your maker."
McQueen- "My maker was some geek in a lab coat with an eyedropper and a petrie dish. What do I need to make peace with him for?"
Chaplain- "At these times we should all make peace with our maker."
McQueen-"With all due respect chaplain, I don't think our maker wants to hear from me right now. Because he knows I'm going to go out in that sky in this plane and remove one of his creations from this universe, and when I return I'm going to drink a bottle of scotch as if it were Chiggy von Richtofen's blood and celebrate his death."
Chaplain- "...amen."
----------------------------
God, I loved the quotes from that ep.

John Connor: We've got company!
Sarah: How many?
John: Uh, all of them, I think. - also from Terminator 2.
Say... that's a nice bike. - My favorite T2 quote.
Oh, God!
Smith will suffice. - From the Matrix: Reloaded.
Khan you bloodsucker! You're going to have to do your own dirty work now, do you hear me, DO YOU?
Kirk...Kirk, you're still alive my old friend.
STILL, OLD FRIEND! You've managed to kill just about everyone else. But like a poor marksman YOU KEEP MISSING THE TARGET!
Perhaps I no longer need to try Admiral.
Khan...Khan, you've got Genesis, but you don't have me. You're going to kill me Khan. You're going to have to come down here. You're going to HAVE to come down here.
I've done far worse then kill you. I've hurt you. And I wish to go on... hurting you. I shall leave you as you left me, as you left her. Marooned for all eternity in the center of a dead planet. Buried alive... Buried ALIVE!"
KHAN!
KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!
- If you don't know what that's from, I should beat you with a Staff Weapon.
I'll post more as they come to me.

My alternate Matrix quote:
"Aaaaah, still thinking with all your muscles except for the most important one, Mr. Anderson!"
Neo looks down at his pants.
Sigh. "That's not a muscle, Mr. Anderson. It's a vascular reaction that..." Sighs again at the lack of comprehension on Neo's face. "Never mind."

Morden: 'What do you want?'
Vir: 'I'd like to live just long enough to be there when they cut off your head and stick it on a pike. As a warning to the next ten generations, that some favors come at to high a price. I would look up at your lifeless eyes and wave just like this. Can you and your associates arrange that for me, Mr. Morden?'
Londo: 'Politically, it is very wise.'
G'kar: 'Morally, it is even wiser.'
Vir: 'Politics and morality on the same side? That doesn't happen every day, Delenn.'
'Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.'-Inigo Montoya, of course (no, he's not from B5)

I always liked this one:
"The genius of you Americans is that you never make clear-cut stupid moves, only complicated stupid moves which make the rest of us wonder at the possibility that we might be missing something."
~Gamal Abdel Nasser
And one from a guy in my band, on the not-well-thought-out scheme to send used college textbooks to Africa:
"They will learn how to liberate their countries from their evil fascist dictators through the power of linked lists." -Michael Richardson

"I save you, X-Men, because that is my task in life: To safeguard my people- Homo Sapiens Superior- Mutantkind- from those who would do us harm. And those forces are legion. In that, and I suspect nothing else, Charles, we are much alike. I have survived one Holocaust, I could not tolerate another. Nor anywho, by accident, by intent, act to bring it about. I bore no aminus to you, old friend, or your students until you chose to oppose me.
Then, I had no choice but to count you among my enemies. Have no illusions on that score. Perhaps it's best it end this way, Charles. Best for my dream to end in flames and glory, here far above the earth, for if we were ever to meet again...I would have shown you NO mercy. I give you your dream, Charles, but I fear, in time, your heart will break, as you realize it has ever been a fool's hope. Farewell, my friend."- Magneto
PROFESSOR X: Where are you taking me?
SINISTER: To the one, true enemy of the great Charles Xavier... STAIRS!
"How bright the promise was in summer, how full of hope the dream. How quickly it turned to ash." ~Magneto, in reference to the New Mutants
"I don't want to do this Charles, rather I have to. I must be strong, because you and your X-Men are too weak to do that which must be done! ....For no matter what happens to you and me, the welfare of the children is paramount. Whether they be the innocent like Illyana, Doug and Anya before them, the lost such as my Acolytes, or the misguided like the fools you count among the X-Men; they need to be protected! They need to be awakened from the dream in which you've lulled them! Whether you admit it or not, they need...MAGNETO!" ~Magneto to Xavier at Illyana's funeral
"Are you a God-fearing man, Senator? That is such a strange phrase. I've always thought of God as a teacher; a bringer of light, wisdom, and understanding. You see, I think what you really fear is me. Me and my kind. The Brotherhood of Mutants. Oh, it's not so surprising really. Mankind has always feared what it doesn't understand. Well, don't fear God, Senator, and certainly don't fear me. Not any more." Magneto

Some LOTR quotes (by no means a complete list!):
A wizard is never late. Nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to! - Gandalf
I know what you saw. It is what will come to pass... if you should fail. - Galadriel
You WILL suffer me! - Aragorn
That STILL only counts as one! - Gimli after Legolas slaughters a war elephant and its entire crew.
Witch King of Agmar: You FOOL! No man can kill me! Die now....
Eowin: I am no man!
And from Star Trek:
Kirk: I'm laughing at the Superior Intelect.
Khan: Full. Impulse. Power.
Juachim: No, sir! You have Genesis! You can-
Khan: FULL POWER! Damn you!
Sulu: In range?
Crewman: Not yet, sir.
Sulu: Come ON!
Crewman:Sir, she'll fly apart!
Sulu: FLY HER APART THEN!

With the current binge of White Wolf nostalgia that Cynical Cat and I are engaging in, I'm reminded of one of my favorite lines from 1st Ed. Mage, from the Progenitors sourcebook.
-------------------------
"'Please don't hurt the poor widdle bunnies, Mr. Evil Scientist Man!' Please, like we use rabbits for our experiments anymore. We use small children instead."
Long pause.
"That was a joke. Get it?"
