#1 The Zero Star Hotel

Summary: so basically two artists decided to design a "zero star hotel" to serve as the antithesis of Dubai, etc. They converted an old bunker for their use, there is no breakfast, no amenities and people sleep together in collective sleeping rooms which look like a cross between a mostly empty storage room and an old-fashioned barracks (which it is). Along comes a businessman who is impressed enough to spend money to make it real.
It's an interesting idea, and quite humorous (though unsurprising) that they might stand to make a large profit on it.
I might go and try it out, just for the novelty, if I'm ever in Switzerland.
