Insufficient data on the extent of Esme's powers because she goes out of her way to not have to use them. It's entirely possible she assrapes Sidious so badly it's no longer funny. It's ALSO entirely possible that Palpy's initial Force choke ends the battle. From displayed feats of power Palpy by a landslide.

Esme's powers are quite well known. She can, for example, shove a wound forward through time if she 'doesn't have time' to be hurt now. That's the main combat one we've seen; she isn't a combative type, preferring to use Headology. And Headology doesn't work on the truly evil(As we saw in Wyrd Sisters.). She'd get fried by Sith lightning.

And her fight with the UU Archchancellor was tearing down the walls of reality (Equal rites).
She's also displayed high level shapechanging (Even into inanimate objects (A hooded tuff)).
She's also shown mindcontrol though she rarely uses it and her famous skill at Headology.
