Since WWII, Europe has shown no intention of doing anything but playing in the kiddie pool. Now maybe they're smarter than us in this regard because they got tired of getting blamed for everything while they were the big dogs. But that doesn't mean I'm going to stop thinking less of them for not pulling their own weight.
