Ladies and gentlemen, I give you an intellectual.
Yeah, that probably doesn't come across very well. I especially like how you included the part where I complained about how the US did its level best to cheat its military personell out of the medical benefits they're due under law. Oh wait, you didn't.
He didn't have to, you said yourself that the core aspect of signing up to get shot at was a stupid idea. You just added other things you thought were more stupid.

You idiot.

Shouldn't you be happy I torpedoed my own point?

And anyway, yes, declaring anybody joining the armed forces stupid is disparaging them, I apologize for trying to deny that.

The second one should have been first, but at least it was said. Better.

We're not done here, by the by. You have a lot to answer for. Do it in order.

1. What method should minorities use to fight for civil rights instead of serving in the military that has the same sorts of speed or benefits?
2. Why should people be disrespected for standing up for what they believe in?
3. Why do you think it's acceptable to delete a post and then pretend that my response to it no longer makes sense?
4. How is it that you can take a thread about positive movement in America and turn it into a thread about how much you think America is terrible, when in the same social field Germany is still itself lacking?
5. Why do you think economics has anything to do with this subject? (hint: it doesn't)
6. Can you tie your own shoes, or do you use velcro?
